1. A valid ID proof must be presented upon entry.
2. No refunds or rescheduling of purchased tickets are permitted.
3. Alcoholic beverages will be available during NYE to individuals aged 21 years or above on an A La Carte basis.
4. Prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments, are not allowed inside the venue.
5. Individuals in an inebriated state may be denied entry.
6. Organizers reserve the right to deny late entry to the event.
7. All rules and regulations of the venue must be adhered to.

Can we drink alcohol in the event?

Answer: If you are 21+, Alcohol is available on the premises on the day of the event with separate charges. No liquor from outside or drunk visitors will be permitted in the Wet'nJoy premises. 

Can I bring my child to the event?

Answer: Yes, definitely you can bring your young ones along with you to enjoy the music together.

Are there any stay options after the event?

Answer: You can camp at the Wet’nJoy premises on the occasion of New Year with special celebrations lined up for you. Camping charges are not included in the tickets

Can I get any discount on the tickets?

Answer: Yes, Book your early birds right now before they get sold out. It’s a limited capacity event so book your spots now.

What if I don’t behave myself?

Answer: Management holds the right to get any individual off the festival ground if any type of wrongdoing doings noticed.

Is the Neon Party suitable for families and children?

Answer: Absolutely! The Neon Party is family-friendly, and there will be activities suitable for all ages. However, parental guidance is advised for younger attendees.

Are outside food and drinks allowed into the party?

Answer: Unfortunately, outside food and beverages are not permitted. But don't worry, we've got a fantastic selection of food and drinks available at the venue.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer: Yes, ample parking space is available at Wet'nJoy Lonavala for the convenience of our guests.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the New Year Neon Party?
