Lakeside Camping at Pawna Overview

Last night, First Day Camping beside a beautiful lake. Celebrating the last night’s first day of the New Year Eve far besides a lake with gazing stars up in the sky, cold breeze touching your cheeks, peace in mind, playing jokes around, singing around the bonfire, etc. Isn’t this wonderful!

We call out to everyone who is looking for a unique way rather than hanging out at a disc or pub this New Year Eve. Best suited for groups, solo campers, couples, families.

• Tent pitched near the Lakeside.
• Tents will have mattresses, bed sheets and blanket.

Lakeside Camping at Pawna Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

31st Dec 2023

• Option 1:(Only to those who have booked with Transportation).
• Meeting Point: Pritam Hotel (Dadar)
• Meeting Time: 11:00 Am: (only for the participants who have registered with transportation tickets.)
• 11:30 Am: We get into our private vehicle and begin the journey towards the campsite. (Travel games would bond people together)
• 04:30 Pm: We get to the first glance of the campsite and the lake.

• Option 2:( People who have booked without transportation)
• 04:30 Pm: Reach the campsite on your own. On Arrival Refreshment Juice would be served.
• Freshen up and Have soulful snacks with Garma Garam Tea/Coffee.
• 05:30 Pm: Icebreaker round. Settle down and enjoy the sun setting from the Campsite. The place is all time best for nature photography. You may enjoy indoor games such as carrom, badminton, volleyball or one can just relax and unwind near lakeside until sunset.
• 07:30 Pm: Rock – & – Roll. (Beat pea booty time. Get your feet moving as the DJ sets the beat)
• 08:00 Pm: Fill in your tummies with the hot starters rolling around.
• 10:00 Pm: Appetizing Dinner will be ready.
• 11:59 Pm: What are you waiting for? Get ready with your gang to celebrate the new year.
• 12:00 Am: Bingo!!! Fire Crackers bursting in the open sky as we wish each other the happiest &  a prosperous new year.
• 12:15 Am: The Gig Gang will take charge to please you all with their soulful songs.
• 01:30 Am: Get into the tents or just sit around the bonfire with your gang.

End the day nearby a lake under the open sky & enjoy sleeping in Tent. (Foam mattress will be provided)

Day 02:

01st Jan 2024

• 08:00 Am: Wake up around 08:00 am and enjoy the chillness of the air.

• 08:30 Am: A hot cup of tea and tummy full breakfast with the sight of alleviating lake is a just perfect weekend treat!!

• 09:00 Am – 11:00 Am: Enjoy the pleasant morning along the lakeside, play games, take a dip into the lake.

• Identity proof (Must)

• Personal Care Medicine those which you require usually.
• Toiletries (towel, toothbrush. toothpaste etc.).
• Warm clothes.
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Once the ticket booked no refund will be provided.
2. No show No Refund.
3. Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
4. If the event gets canceled by team liveb4youdie then we will refund “Camp Amount” only.
5. If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
