We’ll start the trip on Tuesday morning with a fascinating Boat ride from Nirvana Beach. Will take soul-soothing dip in the deep sea with Life Jackets, look out for Dolphins 

We will reach the most famous Om Beach by boat and start playing beach games like Frisbee and Beachball. After having Lunch at Om Beach shacks, we will go on a fantastic trek to Half Moon Beach to Devil’s Hell Beach to Paradise Beach to Belekan Beach and finally to Tadadi Port.

The green sprouting hills, clean white sand beaches and the Agnashini river merging into Sea is an experience that will refresh both your mind and soul.

After taking a Ferry from the Port early evening, we’ll reach back to our Camp & enjoy sunset on Nirvana Beach.Camping on the Nirvana beach, the music, the delicious food, the campfire, the sound of the waves, a stroll on soft sand under starry night adds up to the experience.

We shall welcome New year by cutting a cake, play our music and dance our way into 2020!

The next day – New Year – we will visit beautiful Mirzan Fort, take a dip under chilling fresh mountain water of Vibhooti waterfalls.

Finally, we shall explore gigantic formations of Yana caves deep inside the jungle.

We will get back home by Thursday morning, with loads of memories.

Basics:

• Total slots for the trip: Around 35
• Stay: At our private beach camp on 3 sharing basis on Nirvana beach with clean washrooms
• Food: 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner (Veg/Non-Veg) included
• Trek difficulty: Easy to moderate (good for beginners)
• Trek distance: 4 Km (Om Beach to Tadadi Port)

Travel:

• Ending time: Thursday morning around 6 AM

Things to carry:

• Basic essentials like toothbrush, soap, towel, etc
• Shades/cap/sunscreen/umbrella (to avoid getting tanned big time)
• Full charge mobiles with power banks – to take a lot of selfies!
• Selfie stick or DSLR if you are interested– you know how beautiful the beaches are at Gokarna!
• Your personal medications if any (Organiser will carry one first aid kit)
• Carry a couple of pairs of water-wear to take dips in the beach and under the waterfall
• Polythene covers to put used/wet clothes will help
• An extra polythene cover to dispose of your trash – remember no-littering policy!
• Carry some cash for Sunday Lunch, Dinner and misc expenses
• A photo ID card xerox or soft copy – like Aadhar or Driving License
• Comfortable shoes/sandals – You have an awesome beach trek to do!
• Extra slippers to use at the homestay 
• A water bottle that you can use for the trek
• It’s always a bit humid at Gokarna. Light clothes are recommended 
• You may carry your drinks from your City
• Don’t carry expensive items. You are responsible for your own stuff during the entire trip

Schedule:

Day 0 (Monday):

• Start from BLR, an overnight journey!

Day 1 (Tuesday):

• Reach Nirvana private beach campsite, freshen up & have a nice breakfast
• Go on a fascinating Boat Trip from Nirvana Beach to the most famous Om Beach, on our way take a dip in the Sea with Life Jackets
• Play Beach games on the Om Beach for next 2 to 3 hours, break for the self-sponsored lunch at Beach shacks
• Head on a fascinating trek from Om Beach to Half Moon Beach to Paradise Beach to Ferry point. Marvel at the Agnashini river merging into the Arabian Sea
• Ferry ride back towards Camp
• Reach campsite by late evening, hot Chai/Coffee
• Enjoy the same amazing Sunset at Nirvana Beach
• Bonfire, Music
• Dinner, social gathering till late night 
• Welcome New Year under a starry night sky by cutting the cake, dancing to our own music
• Rest in the Tents

Day 2 (Wednesday):

• Start the day with leisurely breakfast
• Visit beautiful Mirzan Fort
• Head out to take a dip under magnificent Vibhooti waterfalls
• Have a basic lunch at a local restaurant
• Explore Yana caves in the dense forest
• Drive back towards BLR in the night, dinner at a Dhaba

Day 3 (Thursday):

• Reach home in the morning

• No DJ, we celebrate and welcome NY 2020 in our own backpackers’ style away from the City.
• The facilities are basic, close to nature in this backpacking trip. Not for luxury seekers.
