This New Year, get up and close with sun-kissed beaches. Welcome 2019 at the beaches of Gokarna!
What’s more? Muddie Trails has also arranged a visit to the beautiful Mirjan Fort of Kumta, the magnificent Vibhooti Falls and Om Beach to watch the sunset.
Stay: A beautiful home-stay amidst nature (Non-AC)
Travel: A bus/mini-bus/tempo depending on final numbers (Non-AC
Starting time: Dec 29th, Saturday around 7 p.m.
Ending time: Jan 1st, Wednesday around 9 p.m.
Food: Breakfast (3), Lunch (2-Veg), Dinner (2-Veg/Non-Veg) included
Trek Difficulty: Moderate (Subjective acc. to each person)
Pick-up/drop: Tin Factory, Indiranagar 100 ft. Road, Sony World signal Koramangala
Location: Goraguntepalya Metro Station
- Start from BLR around 7 p.m. and have a quick dinner en route. (overnight journey)
Dec 30 (Sunday):
- Reach Muddie Trails' homestay nestled amongst plantations to freshen up and have breakfast.
- Drive and head out to the trek between the beaches separated by hills and forest.
- Trek route: Belekan Beach, Paradise Beach, Devil’s Hell Beach, Half-moon Beach, Om Beach.
- Take a dip in any of the beaches.
- Activities that you can do: play beach games with a frisbee or a beach ball, take selfies, try some bouldering at Half-moon Beach.
- A packed lunch will be provided.
- Continue the trek and freshen-up at Om Beach shacks and chill out for the evening.
- Enjoy the amazing sunset before returning to home-stay. - While heading back you can buy goods for the party, campfire, music, dinner, social gathering.
Dec 31 (Monday):
- Start the day with breakfast, visit the beautiful Mirjan Fort, head out for a dip under magnificent Vibhooti Falls.
- Have late lunch, come back to home-stay and get set for The New Year party – There’s dinner, drinks, campfire, music and more.
- And if that’s not your cup of tea, drive to an almost private, hidden beach & welcome New Year 2019 in a special way.
- Spend time counting stars, continue the party till you can’t stand anymore, and head back to the home-stay to finally rest.
Jan 1 (Tuesday):
- Leisure breakfast at the home-stay.
- Check-out.
- Start back to BLR.
- Lunch en route, reach home by night and share your New Year story to friends and family.

Muddie Trails is NOT a tour operator. Muddie Trails is an offbeat travel experience provider. Our facilities are basic and itinerary is flexible.
The organizer may choose to switch/rearrange parts of the itinerary based on need. Please cooperate with organizer & other travellers.

- No alcohol & smoking during Treks & adventure activities. There would be separate window and space (usually at night) to have these at campsite/homestay for interested people
- No Luxury. We assure awesome memories every trip, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation.
- The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule are permitted
- Absolutely No littering during our travels. We swear to protect our environment.
- Co-operate with the organizer(s) in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure travelers won’t miss out on the real fun part – that is traveling.
- Every traveler is responsible for his/her for your own safety while traveling with Muddie Trails. Don’t indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to you or fellow travelers.
- Every traveler is expected to sign a liability/waiver form given by the organizer(s) after boarding the vehicle that discharges Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.
- Unexpected situations: It may happen we do not cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary because of unpredictable reasons like bad weather, wild animal presence, abrupt blocking of sites by the police/forest department, delay in travel because of an issue with our group itself, traffic conditions etc. In most cases, if the time permits, organizer(s) will take travelers to an alternative place. But in some cases, we may have to skip a place altogether.
- Travelers are expected to respect each other and help each other. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics and religion/caste/race.
- Using foul or abusive language, eve teasing, arguing with fellow travelers/organizer(s) and/or involving in physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by Muddie Trails.
- 80% refund before 48 hours of event start time
- No refund within 48 hours of event start time
- No refund during/after the event
- No postponing your ticket to future events
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
