You want to start eating right for health or to lose weight but it’s so daunting! What is a whole food plant-based diet? How to cook without oil or make desserts without sugar? What should you eat in every meal? How can you learn techniques that will get you started to make your own yoghurt, cheese and more without spending too much time? How do you set up your kitchen for health?

This SHARAN Basic Online Cooking Class, designed by Reyna Rupani, and demonstrated by Dr Nandita Shah, will enable you to practice, revise and perfect the techniques.
