The participating couples will get to learn multiple origami models in a fun way.

Here's a fun event where you learn a new artform as a couple! Laughter, learning and teamwork with your loved one! A series of fun exercises, some healthy competition, and finally some great coordination as a team to build beautiful Origami models!

Origami is known to strengthen memory, hand-eye coordination, visual and analytical skills and a lot more. This time, the workshop brings you all that as well as a chance to spend some quality time with your partner to bond over this artform.

Materials required - Participants would need:

- 50 Square papers of same size (6-8 inch squares)

- Cut from any kind of paper you have (Newspapers Magazine papers A4 office papers Notebook papers Colour papers Craft papers Origami Papers etc)

- 10 A4 size sheets

- A cutting knife/ blade - Optional

- A pair of Scissors

- A sketch pen, a pen or a pencil to make markings

- Brief description about the artist:

Nikhil is an aspiring designer studying Master of Design at National Institute of Design, India. He is also an avid Engineer and a crazy enthusiast of Origami and Kirigami. He is based in Bengaluru, India.

He has been practicing Origami (Niksorigami) for over 12 years now, which has gradually transformed into his passion. He admires the way in which origami incorporates design, skill, art, mathematics and many more aspects while posing various challenges.

The art form not only looks beautiful but also ensures the artist gets better at Hand-Eye coordination, Concentration, Self Confidence & Patience. It also improves the 3D Visualisation skills, Logical Reasoning, Symmetry, Attention & Sequencing skills etc.

He has conducted over 30 workshops, seminars & talks on origami, kirigami & metal origami, and has exhibited his works at various exhibitions over the years.

The charges is Rs 750(excluding GST)
