Mandalas are not only widely known for their healing qualities but also form a basis for most of the spiritual and cosmic theories. Learning the art of making mandalas is like connecting with the roots of spiritualism, self-awareness and the cosmos at large.

In this workshop however, we will learn the basics of mandala grids and patterns and how to modify them in a contemporary manner adding the color palette of your choice.

We will also talk about the varied materials that can get you different outcomes and how each of them would be beautiful in their own way!

About the artist -

Anmol is an Architecture Graduate from Panjab University Chandigarh. She explored the Art form while she was already studying Architecture, to relieve the stress of assignment deadlines and performance pressure. Little did she know, that she would end up following her forever passion of Art even after graduating, now also managing art events at TAG The Artists Gig. Materials required for the workshop -

1. Art paper/Sketch sheet (6 x 6 inches)

2. Fineliner Pens (0.3 and 0.2)

3. Gelly Roll Pens from Sakura (Moonlight)

4. Maped compass, staedtler pencil (4h), eraser, protractor/circle master and a ruler

5. Golden Glitter pen (any company like flair, thin tip)

6. Golden Liquid Fabric Liner/Golden Paint (Acrylic)

This will be an elaborate workshop (4 hours)
