Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before making the payment.

3. Event will be at the Roof top of Pacific Mall, NSP- Pitampura - P7 Level

4. The entry will be allowed at venue from 6 PM Onwards after verification of tickets.

5. There will be a separate entry for VIP bookings.

6. VIP ticket holders will enjoy exclusive access near the stage, a separate check-in and complimentary Dandiya sticks included with their ticket.

7. Entry fee is charged for anyone aged 3 years or older.

8. Entry of customers will be prohibited who have consumed alcohol or found carrying any illegal weapon and the tickets will not be refundable. 

9. In case of any natural calamities or mishaps such as rain, earthquakes, floods, etc., occurring before or during the event the ticket will be refundable as per management regulations.

10. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.

11.There will be sitting arrangements for the senior citizens.

12. Navratri fast food will be available only on pre-booking and will not be available on the spot.

13. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

14. Rights of admission reserved.

15. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

16. No outside dandiya sticks, food, beverages, water or drinks are allowed.
