Located in the state of Himachal Pradesh, Parvati Valley is a welcome respite from the unbearable heat that plagues most of the Subcontinent for months out of the year.

While this tiny town and its surrounding areas are highly frequented by domestic and Israeli tourists, it seems to be written off or unheard of for the average tourist in favor of the (very) beaten Golden Triangle route. But for those not in the know -if you’re keen on epic mountain views and relaxed vibes, this region of India should be on your radar.

Days – 6days 5 Nights

Day 0 – Departure from Delhi at 8 PM

'Day 1 – Visit Manikaran and Kasol

• Arrival and check in to homestay by 11 AM

• Visit Manikaran. Dip in hot water springs and enjoy the Langar at Gurudwara.

• Visit Kasol, explore various German café’s and restaurants. If time permits visit Chalal too.

• Back to homestay.

Day 2 – Trek and camp to Magic valley/ Waichin Valley.

• Depart in morning to Waichin Valley trek.

• Waichin Valley located at 9800 feet. One of the least crowded and Peaks like Chandrakhani and Devroopa visible from top.

• Trek Distance – 3 KM

• Gradient – Easy

Day 3 – Trek to Malana village

• Checkout from Waichin Valley and Head to one of the most beautiful villages in Parvati Valley.

• Malana famous for its cream and culture. Spend the day knowing and talking to locals about the culture.

• Trek distance 3 KM

• Gradient – easy

Day 4 – Trek to Kheerganga

• Start your day with breakfast at Homestay.

• After having your breakfast, you will start your drive to reach the base point of today’s trek which is at Barsheni.

• The trek is of about 12 km along the Parvati valley where you will come across a lot of breath-taking views and gorgeous cascades.

• Enjoy the beautiful hot water springs at top.

• Reach Kheerganga after a good trek day. Once you reach Kheerganga, you can relax at the campsite where you can enjoy the bonfire, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 5 – Visit to Tosh village.

• Start your day with an early morning breakfast at Kheerganga.

• After having your breakfast, start your trek down to Barsheni.

• From Barsheni, you have to start the drive to the Tosh village. Tosh is a quaint and beautiful village where you can walk through and explore the village

• Spend the day exploring the village and enjoy the various German and Israeli cafes.

• Head back to homestay by evening.

Day 6 – Relax day

This is your well deserved Relax day. Enjoy the day exploring Kasol market or sip your hot tea and enjoy the Parvati river. Choice is yours.

Take your bus back to Delhi by evening 8 PM from Kasol.
