Q: When will I receive my physical tickets if I have opted for delivery?
A: Your physical ticket(s) will be shipped to the address shared by you at the time of ticket booking and you should receive them latest 2-3days before the match.
Q: I shared a wrong address while booking tickets, what can I do?
A: We would recommend you to update the correct address at the time of ticket purchase. Change in address cannot be accommodated. If you won't be there to collect your tickets, our delivery POC will attempt once again and then your tickets would be returned to us. In this case, you will be notified of the same and requested to collect your tickets from the Stadium Box Office.
Q: How do I get my tracking ID for my delivery ticket?
A: If you have booked your tickets via Paytm Insider, tracking ID/AWB number for the same will be available under your Ticket Profile section for your ticket booked for the said match.
Q: I'm unable to buy tickets for a specific stand? How do I book tickets?
A: If you receive an error mentioning "Unable to add tickets to cart" it means that the last few available tickets are currently in someone's cart and unless they release it, you will not be able to make a purchase. In this case, we would recommend you to buy the next available stand.
Q: Most of the stands are greyed out, does it mean I cannot buy tickets for them?
A: If the stand is greyed out, it means tickets for this stand are currently unavailable or sold out.
Q: I cannot come to the box office to collect my tickets, can I send someone else to collect them on my behalf?
A: The person coming to collect your physical tickets will need to carry a copy of your eticket booking along with a soft copy of your Govt ID proof to collect tickets on your behalf.
