Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the Slurrp Pizza Making Workshop in collaboration with Bychance (hereinafter referred to as “Workshop”) organized by Slurrp ("Company") on 22nd June 2024. By registering for and participating in the Workshop, participants agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Event Details

• Event Name: Slurrp Pizza Making Workshop in collaboration with Bychance!
• Date: 22nd June 2024
• Start Time: 4:00PM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Bychance, Bengaluru

2. Registration and Participation

• Participants must register for the Workshop in advance by 21st June 2024, midnight, through Paytm Insider.
• Registration is non-transferable.
• The Registration is for single user only.
• Participants shall be of age 16 years and above

3. Venue and Time

• Venue: Bychance, Bengaluru
• All participants are required to reach the Venue by 3:30PM sharp.
• Latecomers will not be entertained and will not be allowed to join the Workshop once it has commenced.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance or late arrival.

5. Conduct During the Event

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner throughout the event.
• Any disruptive behavior or failure to adhere to the instructions of the event organizers may result in expulsion from the Workshop without a refund.
• Participants are required to abide by the instructions provided to them during the Workshop. Any deviation from the instructions may compel the Company to expel the Participant from the Workshop. Such decision shall be discretionary to the Company.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Workshop.
• The Company is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of personal property incurred during the Workshop.

7. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

• Participants with dietary restrictions or allergies must inform the organizers before the starting of the Workshop.
• While efforts will be made to accommodate such needs, the Company cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met during the Workshop.

8. Photography and Media

• By participating in the Workshop, participants consent to being photographed and recorded by the Company for promotional purposes.
• The Company reserves the right to use any such media without additional permissions or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in the Workshop.

10. Amendments and Cancellations

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the event at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction at New Delhi, India.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering for the Workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
