I'm Dr. Suhasa G, certified yoga instructor, in 'Yaana Yoga Academy', Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, & am also an organizer of our online yoga classes named as 'YOGAAVADHI'.
>Daily (Monday to Friday) we organize:-
>TWO 1-hr sessions (5AM & 6.15AM) in morning
>TWO 1-hr sessions (5PM & 6.15PM) in evening
These sessions, with my "online-LIVE demonstration" synced with a "scheduled specific day's audio of mine", with each & every step said clearly & separately in KANNADA, HINDI, & ENGLISH.
In our Yoga classes, WE ADAPT::
>AN ORIGINAL FORM OF BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA, &
> A CONVENIENT & ADAPTABLE FORM OF SHAMBHAVI MUDRA,
>& BEING IN A "STABLE" & "COMFORTABLE" YOGASANA, &
>Every yogasana will be followed by practicing Bhramari Pranayama & Shambhavi Mudra in SHAVASANA.
>WE PRACTICE AN EFFORTLESS & EASY REGULATION OF OUR BREATH BY SYNCING THE TIME DURATION OF OUR CONTINUOUS & PROLONGED BREATHING, BY 'MAKAARA' CHANTING, TO THE WORDS OR LINES OF VARIOUS SANSKRIT SHLOKAS.
>The practice of "Shambhavi Mudra" mainly activates the nervous system & endocrine system.
>The practice of "Original form of Bhramari Pranayama" mainly activates the immune system.
>The practice of "Yogasana" mainly activates the musculoskeletal system, integumentary system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, excretory system, & reproductive syetem. We utilize "four yogasanas" in every session along with continuous practice of Bhramari Pranayama & Shambhavi Mudra in these yogasanas.
- The first yogasana mainly activates the organs of head/throat area
- The second yogasana mainly activates the organs of chest area
- The third yogasana mainly activates the organs of abdominal area
- The fourth yogasana mainly activates the organs of lower abdominal area including legs
>Every yogasana will be followed by practicing Bhramari Pranayama & Shambhavi Mudra in Shavasana.
