Nutrition is the most important part of fitness! The food we eat before and after our exercise regimen plays a very vital role on how we look and feel.
Regular exercise is important, but according to research, nutrition has the largest impact on our fitness.
The primary fitness goal is to focus on a healthy food intake and make it part of your lifestyle to be healthier and happier.
In this workshop you will discover the healthy way to get fitter with our nutritionist Shalu Nijhawan who will systematically guide you on nutrition management for fitness enthusiasts as well as practically demonstrate some amazing recipes that are easy, delicious yet healthy and wholesome!
