· Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

· Please carry a valid age proof at all the times.

· Each card is valid for one time entry at each Durga puja Art venue.

· The exhibition in Kolkata Town Hall, “Making of Durga puja Art” is open for everyone. No passes required for entry.

· No refund on a purchased card is possible even in case of rescheduling.

· Apart from the family pass holders, children above 5 years will require a card, please retain the card with you till the end of the event i.e. 5th October 2024, 05:00 hours for security reasons.

· Along with all family card categories, additional card for two elderly persons, if any, can be redeemed for free, by visiting https://www.emopract.com/ticket

· During the event no replacement card will be issued in case it is lost.

· Tampered card will be rendered invalid.

· Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of card would lead to seizure or cancellation of that card without refund.

· No duplicate cards will be issued for lost or stolen cards.

· The organisers reserve the right to frisk the card holder at entry points and thereafter during the event for security reasons and withhold admission to anyone carrying object considered potentially dangerous or in violation of the instructions mentioned in this terms and conditions.

· Card holders might need to wait for VIP movement at the Preview Show.

· Photography is limited and at the sole discretion of the respective Durga Puja art committee. Visitors need to abide by the regulation laid down by the respective puja committee.

· Preview Show 2024 of Durga Puja Art is meant for display of art and interaction with the artistes and artisans while the work is in progress.

· The organisers do not take any responsibility for the loss or theft of any belongings.

· No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, replica of any weapon, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

· People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

· In case of cancellation / postponement of the show due to reasons beyond control of the organizers, the card will be valid for the subsequently scheduled date limited to 5th October 2024, 05:00 hours

· The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.

· The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

· Rights of admission reserved.

· Venue rules apply.
