Telugu Titans: About The Team

Telugu Titans have had an interesting journey so far at VIVO Pro Kabaddi. Season 1 saw them getting knocked out in the group stages, but the Titans fought hard in Season 2 to finish third in the tournament. In Season 3, the franchise from Vizag again failed to qualify beyond the group stage. Having finished 4th in Season 4, the Titans had high hopes from Season V, but their hopes were crushed as they finished fourth in the June edition of the 2016 PKL season. In the fifth season held in 2017, the team came down to the fifth position.

This season will be led by the experienced Vishal Bhardwaj. New players this season that he will be leading are Siddarth Desai, Rakesh Gowda and Mula Siva Ganesh Reddy. For raiding Amit Kumar will be joining Telugu Titans along with Siddarth Sirish Desai, who broke records this time as he had the highest bid this auction. For defending, Aakash Dattu, Akash Choudhary, Manish are few of the fresh talent in the team that will be joining them in the upcoming league. And, the kabaddi giant, Abozar Mohajermighani, the Iranian defender will continue playing for the Titans this league.
