1. Arrival & Pick-up:

• Pick-up is arranged from Ajmer Railway Station or Ajmer Bus Stand on the first day of the tour.
• Ensure you arrive on time at the designated location. Our team will be waiting to greet you and assist with transfers to Pushkar.

1. Accommodation:

• Comfortable tents are provided for accommodation. Each tent is equipped with basic amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Please carry personal essentials, including toiletries and medications, as needed.

1. Clothing & Essentials:

• Pack light, breathable clothing suitable for the desert climate. Temperatures can drop in the evenings, so bring a jacket or shawl for warmth.
• Comfortable shoes are recommended, especially for exploring Pushkar Mela, local markets, and adventure activities like ATV rides.
• Don’t forget your camera to capture the beautiful moments of the Pushkar Camel Fair!

• Meals will be provided throughout the tour, offering a mix of local Rajasthani cuisine and continental dishes.
• If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, kindly inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

• A detailed itinerary will be provided upon arrival. It includes all planned activities, such as camel cart rides, cultural performances, and adventure tours.
• We recommend following the schedule closely to make the most of your time at the fair.

• Stay hydrated during the tour, as the desert climate can be dry. Bottled water will be available at all times.
• Follow safety instructions during adventure activities like ATV rides and desert safaris. Our guides will be there to assist you.
• In case of any health issues, our team will provide support and arrange medical assistance if necessary.

1. Local Customs & Etiquette:

• Pushkar is a spiritual town. We request all attendees to respect local customs and traditions, especially when visiting temples or interacting with villagers.
• Photography is encouraged, but please ask for permission before taking close-up shots of local people, especially women.

1. Departure:

• On the final day, transportation will be arranged to drop you off at Ajmer Railway Station or Bus Stand.
• Ensure all personal belongings are packed, and any valuables are secured before departure.
