Nuthan Manohar is an international trainer, primary researcher and TEDx speaker on wellbeing. She conducts workshops across South East Asia, Europe and Middle East for corporates, yoga festivals, universities etc. She is an MBA, MSc Yoga and also an Ayurvedic perfumer. Her startup is incubated with IIM Bangalore. She started her career in brand consulting and has executed various projects based on behavioural science.
Since 2010 she has shifted focus to research on wellbeing after dealing with various lifestyle issues including depression, anxiety etc. Her workshops are engaging, insightful and most participants experience a marked difference immediately. The sessions are based on over a decade of research into behaviour, mind body interventions and Vedic wisdom.
