Rajmachi Fireflies Camping location is situated deep in the forest region near a village that comes under the Lonavala region. The route to this location is full of serene forest and Fireflies. So join us at Mischief Treks for an adventurous experience this May 2022 and June 2022 at Rajmachi Fireflies Camping and Trekking.

- Pickup Information / Travel Options
1 You can reach the campsite in your own vehicle. We will be sharing GPS locations and directions/instructions on the WhatsApp group.
Camping fees with this option will be Rs. 899 per person
2 Camping & Pickup/Drop from Khopoli Railway Station
Pickup/Drop Time: 11:00 pm / next day 4:30 pm
Camping fees with this option will be Rs. 1300 per person
3 Fireflies Festival 2022, Bus Pickup/Drop from Mumbai
Pickup/Drop Time: 9:00 PM / next day 6:30 PM
Camping fees with this pickup option will be Rs. 2200 per person

DETAILED ITINERARY - RAJMACHI FIREFLIES FESTIVAL 2022
DAY 1 - Saturday
11:00 pm - Meet us at Khopoli local train station and move towards Rajmachi by Jeep.
12:30 am - Reach Rajmachi Village, Freshen up and relax a bit. We will then proceed to the forest region for spotting fireflies.
Stay in Tents/ village home (depending on weather conditions)
DAY 2 - Sunday
04:30 am - Wake up and freshen up.
05:00 am - Start trekking to Shrivardhan fort, if we start early and reach there on time we get to witness the sunrise in the beautiful mountains of Lonavala.
08:00 am - Reach back to our village homestay, freshen up, and have breakfast.
09:00 am - Visit the ancient temple and pond where you can chill for a while.
01:00 pm - It's time for Lunch.
14:30 pm - Start traveling to Khopoli local train station in a private vehicle.
16:28 pm - Catch Khopoli - CST fast local
INCLUSIONS
Food: Morning Tea, Breakfast & Lunch (Veg / Non-veg).
Emergency Equipment: Well-stocked First Aid kits.
Accommodation: Village Homestay (dormitory)
Transport: Travelling Khopoli to the base village and Traveling from base village to the khopoli station.
EXCLUSIONS
- Train tickets / Expenses to reach Khopoli
- Mineral water/lime water/ purchased for personal consumption and any kind of personal expenses.
- Any kind of cost which is not mentioned in the inclusion section above.
- All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather.
- Any medical / Emergency evacuations if required.

Important Points to note regarding Rajmachi Fireflies Festival 2022
Transport: In case it rains Jeep will drop only till halfway as the road becomes not motorable. The participant will have to walk 3-6 km to reach the base village location. The route is an off-roading route with tough terrain of rocks on path. Approx distance from Mumbai is 165.3Km.
Washroom: The washroom is available within a walking distance of 5 min.
The main focus of this event is watching "Fireflies" and this is not a Camping focused event. HomeStay/Tents/dormitory stay is just a medium to provide shelter for the night.
The event schedule, itinerary, group composition, and all operational aspects are subject to change without prior notice. In these uncertain times, we will try to do our best to get things rolling but unavoidable circumstances may impact the operations.

Please do not book this event if you are not comfortable with the terms explained on this page. Bus transport depends on the availability of the required seating capacity of bus. Fireflies Festival is based on natural phenomena, just like rain/clouds, etc... as per the past few years' patterns, the events have been lined up from 21st May to mid of June. During this period on some occasions, we will be able to spot thousands of fireflies, and sometimes we may barely get to see a few. Make sure you have gone through the FAQ section.
