1.      Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

2.      An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before the payment

3.      If a person is discovered to be in possession of any weapons or ammunition, severe measures will be taken against that person.

4.      No smoking inside the premises

5.      Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

6.      Rights of admission reserved

7.      Ticket Screenshots at the box office are not allowed, Open the Insider portal booking and display for ticket

8.      Lost or damaged ticket(s) would not be entertained unless you booked online with a valid ID.

9.      Eatables, beverages, bottled water, and alcohol will not be permitted at the venue.

10.  The Organisers will not be responsible in case of any injury or health-related issues of any participant

11.  The organizer retains the right to claim and collect from the Invitee/Attendee compensation for damages caused, if any, to the hotel premises or its contents, immediately at the venue.
