• Entry is subject to security checks. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee from the venue at any time for any reason.
• The event will take place rain or shine. Please come prepared for weather variations.

Prohibited Items and Conduct:

• Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is strictly prohibited at Rang Rasiya. Attendees found in possession of alcohol or under the influence will not be allowed entry or will be asked to leave, ensuring a family-friendly environment.
• Sobriety: Guests appearing intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be denied entry or removed from the event premises without a refund. We aim to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
• Weapons and Arms: For the safety of all attendees, carrying arms, weapons, or any sharp objects is strictly forbidden. Anyone found in possession of such items will be handed over to law enforcement authorities.
• Water Holi: To maintain cleanliness, playing with water or bringing water guns (pichkaris) is not permitted. Enjoy the vibrant organic colors we provide for a joyful yet eco-friendly celebration.

Behavior: Respectful behavior towards all attendees and staff is expected at all times. Any form of harassment or unruly conduct will result in immediate ejection from the event without a refund.

Safety and Security:

• Our event is secured with trained security personnel, bouncers, and CCTV surveillance. Please cooperate with security checks and personnel instructions for your safety and the safety of others.
• Separate lobbies for males and females are available for your comfort and privacy.
• In case of any emergency or assistance, please reach out to the event staff or security immediately.

Health and Hygiene:

• Hand sanitizers and first aid will be available at designated spots. Please maintain hygiene and use eco-friendly colors responsibly.
• If you're feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, we kindly ask you to stay home to ensure the health and safety of all attendees.

Environmental Responsibility:

• Please use dustbins provided around the venue for disposing of any waste to help us keep the premises clean.
