Rangtaari 2024: Attendee Instructions Manual

Welcome to Rangtaari 2024! We’re thrilled to have you join us for an unforgettable Navratri celebration. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following instructions carefully.

Event Details:

- Date: October 12th, 2024

- Time: 06:00 PM onwards

- Venue: Baliyatra Ground, Cuttack

- Artist Lineup: Bollywood sensation Aastha Gill and more!

Code of Conduct:.

-Respect the Festival Spirit & Vibe,Wear ethnics or Traditional attire only*.

- Rangtaari is a family-friendly event. Please respect fellow attendees and celebrate responsibly.

-Entry wrist Bands are compulsory while entering the Event. Kindly collect yours while entering.

Entry Instructions:

1. Tickets:  

  - Ensure you have your E-Ticket or Physical Passes ready for scanning at the entrance.  

  - ID proof may be required for entry.

2. Entry Gates: 

  - Follow signage to the designated entry gates based on your ticket category (General or FAN PIT).  

  - Gates open at 05:00 PM. Arrive early to avoid queues.

3. Bag Check: 

  - All bags will be checked at security for prohibited items (refer to the list below).  

  - We encourage you to bring only essentials to speed up the process.

On-Site Information:

1. Parking: 

  - Parking is available at the venue. Parking at your own risk.(Charges may be applied).

2. Help Desks: 

  - Assistance will be available at Help Desks located near the entrance and throughout the venue.  

  - Lost and Found services are also available at these desks.

3. Food & Beverages:  

  - Enjoy a variety of food stalls serving both traditional and contemporary options.  

  - Water stations will be available throughout the venue.(Charges may apply)

4. First Aid:  

  - First aid stations are located at the Help Desk the venue. Event staff can assist you in locating them if needed.

5. Prohibited Items:  

  - Outside food & beverages, alcohol, drugs, sharp objects, fireworks, and weapons are strictly prohibited.  

  - Professional cameras, tripods, and drones are not allowed without prior permission,KIndly get approval before the Event.

6. Lost or Damaged Items: 

  - The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Keep your belongings safe at all times.

Safety Guidelines:

1. Emergency Exits: 

  - Familiarize yourself with the nearest emergency exits upon arrival.  

  - In case of an emergency, please follow event staff instructions promptly.

2. Medical Assistance:  

  - If you or someone else feels unwell, seek immediate assistance from the nearest First Aid station.

3. Weather: 

  - Rangtaari 2024 is an outdoor event. Be prepared for any weather Conditions.Organisers are not responsible for the meteorological conditions of the Event Day.

Dandiya Sticks:

- Dandiya sticks will be available for purchase on-site.

Departure Instructions:

1. End of Event:

  - The event is scheduled to end by 10:00 PM  

  - Follow signage and staff instructions to exit safely and avoid overcrowding.

2. Transport

  - Please arrange for safe transportation home. Public transport will be available outside the venue.
