General Guidelines:-

(For Participants) -

• Every participant is required to carry a valid College ID card and Proof of Identity (i.e. Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc.)
• Registration for events is available online for participating students.
• On-spot registrations are accepted for all events, there will be a box office available at the venue.
• Once a person exits, they cannot re-enter the venue.
• Registration on the spot will be closed one hour before the event.
• Participants are expected to avoid using offensive language, engaging in obscene behaviour, or wearing revealing costumes during the competition; failure to comply may result in disqualification.
• Smoking, drinking, and the consumption of any prohibited substances, like alcohol and narcotics, are strictly prohibited.
• The decision of the judges is considered final and binding.
• Participants must carefully read and adhere to the specified guidelines for each event.
• Each participant is allowed to participate in only one event during the same time slot.
• There is no limit to the number of events a participant can join, as long as the timings do not overlap.
• Participants are required to be present at the campus one hour before the event.
• All events will start promptly at the scheduled time; punctuality is highly appreciated.
• The criteria for determining the Overall Championship include participation in the maximum number of events and the total scores obtained in the competitions.

(For DJ Night) -

• Non-participants required to carry the DJ Pass at the time of entry.
• Both online and on-spot registrations are available, there will be a box office present at the venue.
• Once a person exits, they cannot re-enter the venue.
• The gates will be closed at 6:30 pm for the DJ night.
• Smoking, drinking, and the consumption of any prohibited substances, like alcohol and narcotics, are strictly prohibited, and will not be allowed on the campus.
• Any use of offensive language and/or engaging in obscene/violent behavior will lead to immediate removal off campus.
