About the Event

Nowadays each one of us is facing stress both at work and at home. It is very difficult to find a balance, since we all are trying our best to manage the home, raising children, looking after parents and managing a career!

In this two day workshop you will learn the techniques and strategies YOU need to live a more balanced and joyful life!


YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How stressors are different for women and for men
  • How to use nature’s BEST tranquilizer
  • What you need to give up to have peace of mind
  • Mental techniques and strategies to reduce stress dramatically
  • Time management skills and communication skills that will assist you in saying YES to yourself
  • How finding your purpose in life can reduce stress

Jaishree Kannan is an internationally trained and certified Heal Your Life workshop leader and coach. She is also a NLP Practitioner, an inner child therapist and a certified whole plant based nutritionist from E- Cornell University.
