Hence the event name - Retro-Spective with Sonia Saigal And Jeson Filipe.

Sonia Saigal is one of the best vocalists to ever come forth from India. As a singer she is truly versatile singing Pop, Rock, Funk, R&B and Jazz. She is joined by Jeson Jose Filipe, a professional pianist based out of Mumbai, on keyboards. 

She has performed in almost every 5 star hotel all over India. She has been invited to perform abroad with international musicians in major cities like Bangkok, Beijing, Kualalampur, Shanghai, Dubai & Abu Dhabi & Kathmandu. As a singer she is truly versatile singing Pop, Rock, Funk, R&B, and Jazz.

Jeson Filipe has been in the music industry since 2006. With a wide range of influences ranging from Classic Rock, Rock n’Roll, Jazz R&B. Jeson leaves the audience spellbound with his melodious performance and on stage gimmicks. His talent had been nurtured by years of dedicated practice. He works as a Keyboardist, Pianist, Singer, Session/live musician, Arranger and Composer.

He has worked with Suraj Jagan, Ash King Live, Luke Kenny, Ramona Arena, Shaan, Shraddha Sharma, Sharvi Yadav (The Stage- season 2 winner, Gabbie Hanna, Caralisa Monteiro, award winning Assamese singer Abhishruti Bezbaruah, AGNEE (for Aalaap the movie), Ehsaas the band, Flautist Bikramjit Singh (Grammy listed artist 2007 for his album HIMALYAN WHISPER) also collaborated with globally renowned hand pan drum player from London - Daniel Waples.

Currently playing keyboards and backing vocals for Gary Lawyer, Smooch the band, Atul Ahuja, , Wanted Yesterday (Blues Rock, Rock n Roll band), Nupur Pant & Retro Legendary Act. Jeson has been associated as a session pianist with quite a few bands and musicians. He has done many corporate events, live concerts, private events and wedding events. Jeson does Solo and Duo shows too.
