Term and Conditions for Event:

•  Age limit: Open to all.
•  Tickets required for 3yrs old and above to enter the venue.
•  Gate will open at 2pm.
•  Please carry a valid id proof along with you.
•  No refunds on purchased ticket are possible even in case of any rescheduling.
•  Security procedures including frisking remain the right of the management.
•  No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
•  The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible to any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same could be settled in regional court in Delhi.
•  People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
•  No foods and drinks are allowed from outside in the venue.
• Organizers/venue reserves the right to deny entry at any time as a precautionary measure to uphold the highest level of health and safety for everyone.
•  No liability or claims that may arrive due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
•  Paid parking facility is available at the venue.
•  Venue rules apply. 
• The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse to refuse admission to any one who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, evacuating the holders of the tickets from the venue after they have entered the premises.
