KYC in this case stands for Know Your Coffee. This is the first in the series of workshops they plan to hold in Bombay.

At Roasted Today, they're kind of insanely obsessed with fresh coffee. Sourcing the most legit green beans across the country, they profile roast to perfection every single day. And after a day's hard work of sourcing and roasting, they take a break and unwind by brewing a cuppa.

The workshop will showcase 4 vastly different coffees and brewing methods to attendees. Through the course of the workshop, with help from the team, attendees will be trained in the methodology and certain key factors used to differentiate, taste and appreciate coffee as well as how some key brewing methods work.

So the next time someone makes you try a new coffee, you can sip it and go, "Hey this coffee's got a really mellow acidity with this very surprisingly heavy body. But I have to say it's really the citrus finish that's making otherworldly."
