Roll it Up with Chef Melvin of Lemon Leaf, as he takes you through a range of rolls, fillings, and dips.
Chef Melvin D’souza has been trained by Michelin star chefs and has been in the food industry for 21 years. His repertoire is pan-Asian & neo-European, and he has worked with Raymond Blanc in the UK, and Moshe’s in the past.
Chef Melvin will conduct a demonstration on different types of rolls (Vietnamese summer rolls, Cantonese spring rolls, Korean cabbage rolls), fillings and dips. Participants will be encouraged to try their hands at rolling.
