About the Restaurant

Perfectly at home in Ambawatta One, a refurbished 150-year old haveli, ROOH Delhi, an International Indian restaurant and Cocktail Bar is a paradox; a cosmopolitan experience nestled in the lush green crescent dotted with chic stores and winding around the iconic Qutub Minar. Intrinsically Indian yet decidedly international.

About the Chef

Priyam has grown up in a family of exceptionally traditional cooks. Hospitality ran in the household from the time he can remember. Taking care of family gatherings and accompanying his father to the local market early morning were a part of his usual affairs. After having worked with highly prestigious establishments and culinary masters, Chef Priyam’s expertise has won him various accolades such as a special mention in Forbes 2017 30 under 30, Times Nightlife Chef of the Year 2017 and a semi finalist position at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018. Currently, the Head Chef at ROOH, New Delhi, Priyam loves every form of art and architecture, is an ardent lover of music and has been playing drums for over ten years now.
