Those coming by own vehicle need to reach at the meeting point Kasara, before 3.00am and follow our vehicles till trek location.

11:15 pm : 🚐 Goregaon - Oberoi Mall

11:30 pm : 🚐 Andheri - WEH Metro

11:45 pm : 🚐 Bandra - Kala Nagar WEH Bus Stop

12:00 am : 🚐 Sion Circle

12:15 am : 🚐 Chembur - Amar Mahal junction

12:30 pm : 🚐 Vikhroli - JVLR EEH intersection

12:50 am : 🚐 Thane - Viviana Mall

01:10 am : 🚐 Kalyan bypass

03:00 am : Kasara Meeting point

Trek Schedule

• Around 5am reach base village and have breakfast , post introduction and safety instructions we will start the trek
• Explore the the "Valley of Shadows"
• 200 Feet rappelling
• Photography session
• Lunch around 2pm
• Start return Journey around 3.30pm
• Tea break on highway around 6pm, we will reach Mumbai by 9pm depending on traffic conditions.

Note : Prior to the event around 8pm, we will be creating a whatsapp group for pickup coordination.

Exclusions:

• Any personal expenses such as soft drinks etc.
• Anything other than mentioned inclusion.

IMP : Please make sure you are physically fit to complete the event and have gone through the disclaimer and FAQ / Points to note before booking the event.

Things to carry :

• Identity proof
• Face Mask - Sanitiser
• Good reliable trekking shoes and extra pair of floaters
• Extra pair of clothes
• Torch with extra batteries (Mandatory)
• Water (minimum 2 ltrs) compulsory
• Some ready to eat food like biscuits, plum cake etc.
• Toiletries, Cap / Scarves and Sunglasses
• Haversack to put all your things
• Medicines (if you need any), Glucon D / Electrol / Enerzyl Powder (We will have a basic first aid kit with us)

Caution:

• Wear full clothes and do not use deodorant or perfume.
• Do not carry - Jholas / sling bag / Trolley bag (This is a trek, not picnic or tour )
• Avoid wearing jewelry.
• Please wear reliable shoes. Do not wear sandal, floater, chappal or ballerinas.

Cancellation Policy

90% will be refunded if cancelled 25 days in advance.

75% will be refunded if cancelled 15 days in advance.

50% will be refunded if cancelled 10 days in advance.

25% will be refunded if cancelled 05 days in advance.

0% refund if cancellation request is sent between 0-4 Days from date and time of the event.

If the event gets cancelled, you will be given option to switch any other event or any other date, Or you can opt for 100% refund.
