About the Event

Join us for a day of celebration as we bid farewell to one of India's greatest tennis players of all time, Sania Mirza. With a career spanning over two decades, Sania has inspired generations of aspiring athletes, especially women, with her incredible performances on the court and her unwavering determination to succeed. From winning Grand Slam titles to reaching the pinnacle of the world rankings, Sania's achievements are a testament to her grit, talent, and passion for the sport.


At the LB Stadium in Hyderabad, we bring to you an event like no other, featuring two exciting matches – a rounders match between two teams, one led by Sania and the other by Rohan Bopanna, featuring a fun mix of actors, Cricketers, and Tennis players playing together on one court, and a mixed doubles match with Sania/Bopanna and Ivan Dodig/Bethanie Mattek-Sands. With a host of photo booths and Sania cutouts, fans can engage in the festivities and capture their cherished moments.


The event will be graced by the presence of several luminaries, including the Sports Minister of Telangana, esteemed ex-players, and Sania's family and friends. Be part of this historic occasion and witness a day that promises to be filled with emotion, entertainment, and tribute to an Indian icon.
