And Valentine's Day is around the corner too
And I want you to be fully prepared for it. Whether your plans include indulging the last of Strawberries all by yourself, or treating your loved ones something special. Let's beat the everlasting gloom of this pandemic by what we, mortal humans, know best: Love and Food.
Presenting you a VERY thorough, and over indulgent workshop on my favourite Ingredient: Strawberries. Its designed with Simple to moderately complex recipes, rich and decadent to light flavours, something for everyone. Specially curated to be recreated at home, and easily accomplished by absolutely anyone.
What you'll learn:
Dark Chocolate, Rum and Strawberry Travel Cake
Rich, Decadent, Super Moist and Egg-free. Alcohol-free Recipe available too.
Chocolate, Strawberry and Hazelnut Tart
Flaky, Egg-free, Buttery, Rich and light at the same time. It's a festival of textures and flavours. Most loved dessert at all times, by all ages.
Strawberry Créme éclairs
Airy Choux Pastry with Silken Filling, so fresh and so subtle. The queen of all Pastry. Contains egg with an egg-free recipe available.
Focus and aim of the workshop:
- to teach you how to nail a recipe, and get it right every single time
- Do's and Dont's of baking
- Navigating through flavours, pairing and combinations
- The Science behind Pastry
- Building confidence in the kitchen, and understanding desserts better.
About Sejal Parnami :
After completing her schooling, Chef Sejal went to study professional pastry at Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, India. She holds an Advanced Diploma is Pastry and Confectionary from there, along with a Level 02 Certification for Pastry from City and Guilds, UK.
She was an apprentice at La Chateau d'Adomenil, a One Star Michelin Restaurant and Hotel in France and came back to India and continued working in one of the best french patisseries in Mumbai. When Covid-19 struck India, she returned back to her hometown and set up a French Pastry Kitchen in May 2020, and has been whipping up wonders there ever since.
