This Valentine embark on a journey to self love, self care and healthy relationship. Self Love is dynamic and it involves in a journey of self discovery, psychological and spiritual growth. In this interactive workshop we will enable you to get in touch with your inner self , healthy vs unhealthy relationship and empower you with the information on healing, importance of self care . We will use various modalities like drama therapy, art therapy and guided mediation to help you empower yourself with the knowledge we share during the workshop.

Like always we will maintain strict confidentiality while organizing this workshop and hope our knowledge and experience can help many in clearing their inhibitions and doubts.

About the facilitators:

Divya Goel and Swati Banerjee ( Counselling Psychologists and experienced and certified trainers on mental health and holistic well being. They are co -owners of their wellness center Udgam- The Rise of Self, which largely works for creating awareness on the importance of positive mental health and well being.) We have organised various workshops on Positive Parenting, Beat the Stress, Intervention for Suicide Prevention. We also conduct Employee Wellness Programs in various corporates and Faculty Wellness Programs in various schools, colleges and institutes.
