Once you book a shoutout from an artist by making the payment, you will receive a personalised message from the artist as per the instructions provided by you within the time specified on the page, or within a maximum of 10 working days. The video message will be sent to you by email.

While typical response time per artist is mentioned on the page and could vary from 24 hours to upto seven days, delays could occur due to unforeseen circumstances. All shoutouts will be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of payment. Hence, we recommend you book the shoutout well in advance in case you plan to gift the message to a loved one.

Cancellations and refunds are not possible once you have made a booking. However, in case of any cancellation from the artist due to unavoidable circumstances or if your request gets rejected in the review process by the artist's team, your money will be refunded to your Paytm Insider stash balance.

• Shoutout booking upto INR 3000 will get an INR 300 voucher on minimum BSC cart value purchase of INR 1000
• Shoutout booking upto INR 5000 will get an INR 500 voucher on minimum BSC cart value purchase of INR 1500
• Shoutout booking above INR 5000 will get an INR 750 voucher on minimum BSC cart value purchase of INR 2000
