About the Event

If losing weight and being healthy is your concern, then this is a program for you. In a systematic manner, we will guide you towards weight reversal and most importantly, health. We will focus upon ‘the mind’ and help you train it to help you in this wonderful journey.


Both, Kommal and Vandana , following the ‘whole plant based diet’ not only reversed their hypo-thyroid, but within a few months also lost weight and started to feel so healthy and energised.

Jaishree went on a whole plant based diet and it helped her to reverse her stage three ovarian cancer and now it’s over ten years she maintains a very healthy and energised life.


The support will include an online group session once every week for six weeks, which will include discussions, movies and cooking demonstrations. We will also have a whatsapp support group, wherein you will get challenges, tips etc.


This program takes a conscious approach to weight loss. This unique weight loss program teaches you the skills you really need for achieving and maintaining your ideal weight. You will learn to create a unique food and exercise plan to fit your lifestyle. We will also be working on mental, emotional, and spiritual skills needed to achieve the healthy body you want.

We will be meeting every Saturday (30th May, 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th June and 4th July) live on zoom.
