Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the Slurrp Food Trails: Savour Special Bengaluru Breakfast! (hereinafter referred to as “Food Trail”) organized by Slurrp ("Company") on 29th June 2024. By registering for and participating in the Food Trail, participants agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Event Details

• Event Name: Slurrp Food Trails: Savour Special Bengaluru Breakfast!
• Date: 29th June 2024
• Start Time: 7:30 AM- 11:15AM
• Starting Location: Basavanagudi, Bengaluru
• Route: Includes visits to 5 selected restaurants within a 2 km radius

2. Registration and Participation

• Participants must register for the Food Trail in advance by 28th June 2024, midnight, through Paytm Insider.
• Registration is non-transferable.
• The Registration is for single user only. Any child above the age of 5years with the participant shall not be entertained.
• Children below the age 15 years should be accompanied by an adult

3. Meeting Point and Time

• All participants are required to assemble at Starting Location by 7:30 AM sharp.
• Latecomers will not be entertained and will not be allowed to join the Food Trail once it has commenced.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance or late arrival.

5. Conduct During the Event

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner throughout the event.
• Any disruptive behavior or failure to adhere to the instructions of the event organizers may result in expulsion from the Food Trail without a refund.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Food Trail.
• The Company is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of personal property incurred during the event.

7. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

• Participants with dietary restrictions or allergies must inform the organizers before the starting of the Food Trail.
• While efforts will be made to accommodate such needs, the Company cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met at every restaurant.

8. Photography and Media

• By participating in the Food Trail, participants consent to being photographed and recorded by the Company for promotional purposes.
• The Company reserves the right to use any such media without additional permissions or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in the Food Trail.

10. Amendments and Cancellations

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the event at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction at New Delhi, India.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering for the Food Walk, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
