Sterling Reserve Music Project presents the 2nd Edtion RSJ MASSIVE at the Polo Parking Lot in Shillong on 25th May 2019.
The one day festival promises to remain music focussed event just like its debut edition in 2018 with a multi-genre representation from hip hop, metal, folk-fusion to blues. This year, the festival returns with a promising line-up of hip hop with Divine (Gully Gang), metal heavyweights Plague Throat and reggae masters Dew Drops.

The rise of hiphop in India has coincided with the emergence and rise of DIVINE, considered as one of the most popular rappers and hip hop artists in India. With awards and accolades to his name, DIVINE’s fiery, anger spitting verses have struck a chord with everyone from Dharavi to Darjeeling.Central to rise of the gully rap movement with hit singles like Meri Gully Mein, Jungli Sher and Kaam 25 DIVINE’s brutally honest Hindi rap draws inspiration from his own life and the streets of Mumbai,set to beats that wouldn’t be out of place in a Los Angeles studio. DIVINE’s story and rise of the Indian hip hop scene has also inspired Bollywood director Zoya Akhtar’s soon to be released Gully Boy starring Ranveer Singh.Gully Boy also sees DIVINE in action on five tracks, including co-writing a song, Doori, with the legendary lyricist Javed Akhtar
A three-piece death metal band hailing from Shillong, Meghalaya, India The band has been active since 2008 and are established across the country as well as having played in Germany and Nepal.
Dewdrops are a Reggae based band hailing from Rymbai Village in the Jaintia Hills of Meghalaya. The band came into being to share musical interest and also promote the message of love, peace and brotherhood through their music.
