1. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior to the venue for a seamless entry 

2. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket

without refund or other compensation

4. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser

5. Proper costumes must be worn. Strictly not allowed without costumes

6. Visitors are not allowed on the premises  

7. Pool Bar: 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM

8. Pool Access: 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM

9. Buffet: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

10. Wristbands are mandatory for all guests entering the pool bar area

11. Wristbands must be worn visibly at all times

12. Wristband Colours:

- White – Regular Guests (21+ years)

- Red – Kids (5–12 years; below 5 not allowed)

- Yellow – Teens/Young Adults (12–21 years)

- Blue – Room Guests 

13. Proper swimming attire is mandatory for using the pool

14. Guests without swimwear must purchase it at the reception before entry

15. Entry into the pool is not allowed in undergarments or regular clothing

16. Regular Guests: Can purchase disposable towels at the reception 

17. Lockers are available for storing personal items

18. Locks can be purchased at the reception

19. Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings

20. Shower before entering the pool

21. No running, pushing, or diving in the pool area

22. No glass items or sharp objects allowed

23. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

24. Guests under the heavy influence of alcohol may be denied pool access

25. Report any unsafe behaviour or incidents to staff immediately

26. Be respectful to fellow guests and staff

27. Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will lead to removal from the premises

28. Management reserves the right to deny entry or revoke access at any time

29. A valid ID card is mandatory

30. Alcohol is strictly prohibited for guests below 21 years of age
