Q. Is the presentation of physical tickets mandatory for entry into the Stadium?
A. No, the digital QR code sent to your registered email ID and phone number by Paytm Insider is sufficient for entry into the stadium. Please note, entry at the gate is on a first come first serve basis only.
Q. Is it permissible to transfer the ownership or usage rights of the tickets to another individual?
A. This ticket is strictly non-transferable and is intended for the sole use of the holder. Unauthorised transfer may result in denial of entry.
Q. Is it necessary to present a valid id along with the ticket for entry?
A. Yes, a valid Government ID along with your e-ticket is required to enter the stadium.
Q. Is re-entry allowed?
A. No re-entry is allowed.
Q. What happens if I share my ticket PDF or QR code?
A. Do not share your ticket PDF or QR code with anyone. Unauthorized sharing may result in the person who enters the stadium first being granted entry, and no refunds will be issued in such instances.
Q. Is parking available at the stadium?
A. Unfortunately, there's no official parking space available, either in or around the stadium. We recommend you use Public transportation / Metro for a hassle free match day experience!
Q. Will food & beverages be available at the stadium?
A. Yes, Food and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the stadium.
