Tea pairs well with many foods, but one of the most heavenly combinations for tea lovers who happen to be chocoholics is, of course, tea and chocolate. While chocolate in tea makes for quite an unpleasant brew that is bitter and can taste quite artificial, chocolate and tea makes for a superb combination! Here’s a dream tea party for the gourmet palate.

This Tasting session will cover the following topics:

Types of Tea : White, Green, Oolong & Black
Making your tea right – each tea has a different making process (brewing and steeping)

Tea & Chocolate – The pairing made in heaven (compliment / contrast / enhance)
Susmita travels across Indian Subcontinent in search of fine tea and it’s been her objective to make Indians aware and proud of the teas that we produce.At present Susmita is appointed as the Official Tea Artist and Tea Blogger for the Teas of the World Contest Its happening in Paris in July 2018.
-Master Chocolatier Bart Van Cauwenberghe from Belgium Herr Bulter from the Netherlands and
-Kirsten Tibbals of Barry Callebaut Academy, Singapore and Savour Chocolate School, Melbourne. She has studied Hotel Administration and Food Technology with a specialization in Confectionery in her undergraduate years in Sophia Polytechnic ,Mumbai.
She started her training in the Pastry kitchen at The Taj, Mumbai and her first task was to wrap a mountain of chocolates all day. Ironically, this sparked a love for chocolate which is what shines through. Chenddyna Schae is a Woman Entrepreneur who started Jus’Trufs from her kitchens at home in 2001. It has scaled up every year, step by step, and has now expanded to a Chocolaterie, Patisserie and a Cafe.
She is part of the 10,000 Women Program, a global initiative by Goldman Sachs and ISB-Hyderabad to impart Management Skills to women entrepreneurs. Changing the rules of the chocolate world, Jus’Trufs has now launched a range of Artisanal, low sugar, healthy chocolates from Cocoa beans grown in India. Chenddyna is of the firm belief that all we can do is work hard and give our best efforts, and the results are a divine blessing.
We live and create in a spirit of love… which is the secret ingredient for everything.
