Terms and Conditions:

1. Age Restriction: Entry to the nightclub event is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Valid identification showing proof of age must be presented upon entry. No exceptions will be made.

2. Dress Code: Attendees must adhere to the nightclub's dress code policy. Smart casual attire is recommended. Management reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who are improperly dressed or do not meet the dress code requirements.

3. Entry and Tickets: Admission to the nightclub event is granted only to individuals who possess valid tickets. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Ticket holders must present their tickets and valid identification upon arrival.

4. Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, performers, and other patrons. Any form of harassment, violence, or unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

5. Intoxication and Substance Abuse: The nightclub supports responsible drinking. Excessive intoxication or the consumption of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone suspected of being intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

6. Photography and Videography: Attendees are not permitted to take professional-grade photography or videography equipment into the nightclub without prior authorization from management. This includes professional cameras, DSLRs, tripods, and other related equipment. However, personal mobile devices may be used for capturing memories.

7. Liability: The nightclub, its management, and staff shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the event. Attendees enter and participate at their own risk.

8. Refusal of Entry and Ejection: The nightclub reserves the right to refuse entry to, or eject, any individual whose behavior violates the terms and conditions or poses a threat to the safety and enjoyment of others. No refund will be given in such cases.

9. Changes and Cancellations: The nightclub reserves the right to make changes to the event lineup, schedule, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to provide a refund or reschedule the event, but no guarantees can be made.

10. Compliance with Laws: All attendees must comply with local laws, including those related to alcohol consumption, drug use, and public behavior. Violations of these laws may result in immediate expulsion from the event and may also be reported to law enforcement authorities.

By attending the nightclub event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denied entry or expulsion from the event without refund.
