Bigger and better, the annual traveling music festival, featuring fresh music from India and beyond, the Gig Week is coming to Pune and Mumbai this January. Keeping the tradition alive, it will feature a host of talented artists, distributed across 7 consecutive gigs over 7 days.

F16s:

Watch a brilliant set by F16s the alternative rock band as they play their best. The F16s is a Chennai based upcoming electro-alternative band. The band has been in existence since 2011, and has played throughout India and internationally.

They play alternative dance music borne out of frustration with a barren and flaccid cityscape. The band has 2 EPs out, one named 'Kaleidoscope' consisting of seven songs, which acts as an effective acid test, laying the groundwork for an arresting live set and the other EP titled 'Nobody's Gonna Wait'.

The band had won the Converse Road To Rubber Tracks competition and got a fully paid trip to Brooklyn, NYC and also recorded 2 songs at the Converse Rubber Tracks Studio as a reward

The F16s derive their inspirations from acts like The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Foals, Two Door Cinema Club and many more.

The band has played at music festivals like the Bacardi NH7 Weekender, Go Mad Festival, The India Bike Week, Magnetic Fields and many more.

Their special acoustic setup and unique brand of infectious energy has gained them fans quickly, as they release their debut EP 'Joy of Little Things' and play festivals such as the NH7 Weekender.
