EVENT INFORMATION

When is the event taking place?

The Big Feed will take place on 9th & 10th December, 2023 in Bengaluru. Venue to be announced.

What are the festival timings? 

Gates open at 1 PM on Day & 11:30 AM on Day 2 & end by 10 PM both nights. Festival schedule will announced closer to the festival. 

Am I allowed to enter the festival grounds multiple times?

Only patrons holding a 2-Day ticket/wristband will be allowed to enter the festival grounds multiple times. Other ticket holders won’t be permitted to re-enter the festival grounds after their first entry. 

Is there a map for the festival?

A detailed venue layout and festival map will be posted soon. Watch this space! 

Can I bring a child to the festival?

Yes – The Big Feed is a kid-friendly, family-friendly festival. Kids aged 0-5 can enter the festival for free. Kids aged 5+ and older (born before 27 Jan 2019) need to buy a ticket.

Are pets allowed at the festival?

The Big Feed is not a pet friendly event.

What mode of payment will be used at the festival?

All payment counters in the festival will only use Tap Card payments via a card provided at recharge counters found at the venue.

What ticketing categories are available at The Big Feed?

Patrons can avail a festival pass or day wise passes.

When will tickets be available till? Can I buy it at the venue?

Tickets will be available till inventory lasts prior to the festival dates. Tickets will also be available at the venue, however prices may differ.

Will I be able to switch my ticket to a different category?

No, tickets once purchased will not be upgradable/changeable in terms of category.

Do I need to show my tickets to enter the festival?

Yes. Once you book your tickets online, you will receive an M-ticket. Post which you can collect your wristbands at the Box Office on Festival Days.

Is photography permitted during the show?

Phone cameras are allowed. We’d advise against professional cameras.

Is the venue air-conditioned?

No, this is an open-air festival.

Is this a seated show?

No, the festival will be a walk-in standing concert experience. However common areas for seating will be provided to enjoy your food & catch a break.

Will there be F&B available at the venue?

Yes, food and beverages will both be available for purchase at the venue. Outside food or beverages will not be permitted.

Will there be drinking water available at the festival?

Free drinking water will be available.

Is smoking allowed at the show?

Only in designated areas. Patrons are encouraged to dispose of their cigarette waste responsibly using the bins/pouches provided.

Does the festival have any merchandise?

Merch will be exclusively available at the event.

Do I need to be vaccinated to get into the venue?

In the best interest of fans and staff, we encourage everyone to follow COVID-19 protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of double vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. 

What happens if the event is rescheduled?

You’ll be notified in advance via email & phone & your tickets will carry forwarded to a future date. If cancelled a refund will be provided.

How do I get a refund if I can’t make it?

Tickets are unfortunately not transferable or cancellable.

What medical assistance will be available at the event?

A fully equipped medical emergency team will be available to handle any situation at the festival from a health & safety standpoint. 

Are handbags and backpacks allowed into the venue?

Regular-sized backpacks or small single-compartment bags - like sling bags, handbags, tote bags, etc. are allowed. Please avoid carrying large backpacks with multiple compartments.
