About the Event

Annette Leday and her dance company have established an ongoing dialogue between artists from India and France. Based on Annette’s vision, it has developed an original process of exchanges since its creation in the 1980s. With the support of some photos of her beginnings in the field of performing arts, Annette will evoke her motives for embarking on her singular and long-lasting journey towards India. A video montage will be screened to present the creative process of the productions she has directed for the Keli company in the past three decades: Kathakali-King Lear, La Sensitive, Trans-Malabar, Cinderella Otherwise, The Tempest, Stuff of Dreams, Big-bang.org, Mithuna, S.thala.
