About the Event

Your annual party season has officially begun with The Drinks Festival by Things2do that's all set to happen at your favourite party destination in Mumbai - Phoenix Palladium. 

At this mega fest, you can experience never seen pop-ups of some of the city’s best bars and most famous drinking joints. Enjoy a lot of specially curated drinks and cocktails while grooving to the hottest musical lineup that will make sure you stay in the mood to party hard all through the weekend! With artists like 2blue and The Anand Bhaskar Collective bringing their best LIVE performances just for you! Adding to this festive vibe at The Drinks Fest is a lot of food and engaging games and activities for each of you. 

So put on your best outfits and get ready to guzzle down drinks, dance like no one's watching and have a great time with your gang this September at The Drinks Festival by Things2do at Phoenix Palladium!

Instructions
  • Present the voucher at the Token Counter of the Venue & collect the monetary token valid on select brand stalls mentioned below at The Drinks Festival.
  • Fully redeemable on preset drink/cocktail/food options at any one of the stalls from Dobaraa, Poult & Cha or Legumes at The Drink Festival only.
  • Vouchers prices are Inclusive of GST.
  • Alcohol only served to individuals of Legal Drinking Age.
  • The organizer reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior intimation.
  • The organizer, the venue and the ticketing company shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorized copy or reproduction of this Vouchers and reserves the right to refuse entry to such Voucher holders.
  • No refund on a purchased Voucher is possible, even in case of any rescheduling, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure conditions.
  • Rights of admission are reserved, even for valid Voucher holders.
  • Please remember to carry a valid government issued photo ID Proof (Driver's License/ Aadhar Card/ Passport). You may not be permitted to enter in the absence of a valid ID Proof.
  • If an underage individual is found consuming alcohol, the ward’s adult guardian will be liable for all resulting actions & consequences.
  • Artist line-up and event schedule can change without prior intimation.
  • The ticket permits entry to The Drinks Festival grounds only. Any pre or after parties or specific activities at designated areas at the venue may have other ticketing requirements which may be sold separately.
  • Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
  • Handheld personal communication devices will be permitted unless otherwise advised. As a condition of entry to the venue, you agree that the creation, storage or use of any data or recordings, for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose (except for your own enjoyment) is not permitted without prior written permission from Indian Film Combine Pvt Ltd 
  • Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, lighters, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the venue. We may have to eject these things (with or without you) from the venue.
  • By virtue of purchasing a Voucher, you agree and accept that entry to The Drinks Festival carries an inherent risk. The organizer/sponsors/performers/management shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, and causes of action, injury, losses, liabilities and expenses resulting or arising as a result of the festival or any part of it.
  • Consumption and possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics at the event will be immediately handed over to the anti-narcotics police.
  • The management & organizers will not be held liable for claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other products at the Drinks festival.
  • Parking near or at The Drinks Festival premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
  • You shall not use or display within the venue, any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by written confirmation from the organizers
  • The holder of this voucher grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval required of the holder.
  • Areas at the The Drinks Festival are built to capacity. Management reserves the right to hold entry of Voucher holders into the premises and certain areas of the Drink festival till such time that the capacity opens up to safe limits to ensure a safe festival experience.
  • Venue rules apply.
  • As a holder of a Voucher, you agree to follow the rules & regulations of the Drinks festival and basic norms of decency. In an event of any damage and/or liability caused by you to the Drinks festival and/or its property, you agree to face prosecution that will be subject to jurisdiction of and settled exclusively in the courts of Delhi.
  • Visitors to the Drinks festival are requested to acknowledge the personal space of others at the event. Any recordings of other visitors in the form of picture, video or audio recordings must not be captured and/or published on public platforms without their consent.
  • The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
  • By booking a voucher for the event, you consent to your data being used for marketing and promotional activities by Things2do and the organiser.
