The Goya Journal Guide to Good Food Writing
Goya Media was born out of the need to engage in the conversation around food in a more meaningful way. Founded by Anisha Rachel Oommen and Aysha Tanya, both of whom have spent several years in the food and media industry, Goya Media collaborates with writers, photographers and storytellers to document the socio-politics of food.
About the Artist
Anisha Rachel Oommen comes with a background in web publication, digital media and brand communication, with prior experience on editorial teams at Yahoo India and Food Lovers Magazine.
Aysha Tanya, the face of The Malabar Tea Room, a blog chronicling the adventures of cooking in small-town Kerala, is a widely published writer. Her work has appeared in several international publications including Lucky Peach and Food52.
