THE HOOP FLO TOUR!

After one year of starting Hoop Flo, we’ve had to keep all our workshops online, but it’s just not the same. While the response has been amazing and the classes a success, we are dying to see all your wonderful faces in person.

Are you one of those who's been curiously peeping from the corner and hasn't taken that first step towards hooping? Well, then this is for you!

How does it work?

All you need is a hoop (which we’ll give you), a big enough space (which we’ll provide) and a supportive group of people (which we’ll definitely be)! That means you just gotta bring yourself!

What you'll learn?

The basics of hoop dancing! While this is a broad theme, this workshop will make your newbie soul feel a part of the community. By the end, you'll be able to not only know the techniques of hooping on your waist and different parts of the body but also learn a sweet hoop dance combo with a few tricks!

Structure of workshop: 90 minutes teaching + 30 minutes jamming.

Level: For beginners 

Eligibility: 12+ years
