1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

3. We recommend that you arrive at least 40 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 

4. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick

5. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

6. Rights of admission reserved

7. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

8. Entry for one person will only be permitted on producing a valid Entry Pass.

9. The organizers reserve the right to frisk the ticket holder at the entry point for security reasons.

10. The organizers, the venue, or the ticketing company shall not be held liable for cancellation in case or as directed by the government authorities.

11. The organizers reserve the right to prohibit the admission of any person at the venue of misbehavior or violence intended to harm the public or cause damage to the property.

12. The organizers may add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, attractions, and audience capacity without prior notice.

13. The organizers are not liable for any type of injury suffered by the ticket holder while attending the event.

14. The organizers, the venue, and the ticketing company shall not be held liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorized copy or duplication of the ticket/e-ticket.

15. The organizer may use the ticket holder`s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph, or picture.

16. The organizers may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control. No amount will be refunded in case of natural calamities or uncontrollable circumstances.

17. Outside Alcohol is strictly prohibited. The ticket is issued by the rules and regulations of the event. Smoking will be permitted only at the smoking zones in the venue.

18. The start time of the events, date, and venue may change without prior intimation.    

19. The Management and its associated Promoters will not be liable to accept any claims for personal damages, losses, theft, or any injuries sustained during the event, including any damage and loss to the property by the attendees.

20. The consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

21. Do not carry inflammable or any other hazardous articles/substances at the venue.

22. No food or beverages from outside is allowed. Bottles, cans or tins are not allowed inside the venue.

23. Food will be available as per the stall owner`s wish.

24. Your co-operation is appreciated.

25. The organizers reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and/or add/negate any terms and conditions mentioned here.

26. Ticket prices are exclusive of all Govt. taxes. (if Applicable)

27. Entry for kids above 12 years will be charged as an adult.

28. Re-entry would not be allowed once inside the venue.

29. No pets will be allowed in the venue.

30. Any dispute to be resolved in Mumbai, Maharashtra Jurisdiction.
