As we get closer to end-of-year rituals, the question of isolation, solitude or loneliness may be coming up for many. You may be experiencing some degree of this yourself or thinking about it in connection to loved ones around you.

To talk about loneliness our experiences of it and how urban settings make a uniquely isolating experience, we are discussing themes and insights from Olivia Laing's book "The Lonely City".

If you have read more than 50% of it, you are more than welcome to this session moderated by therapists where we can all bring in our experiences, ideas, and conceptions of loneliness.

The group sessions will be from 11.00 to 1.30 on 30th November and 1st December.

On the 30th, the discussion will focus on the book before branching out.

On the 1st, we will develop on topics and conversations from the previous day and also focus on a few exercises as a group.
