• The management will not be responsible and/or liable for loss or damage of any personal belongings

• the tickets are only for entry access and no tables promised. For a confirmed table booking, the tables need to be purchased 

• The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable

• The possession, sale and/or consumption of any narcotics and illegal substances is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law. 

• Management reserves the right to frisk and/or check personal belongings of guests at the property as deemed fit by them.

• Outside food/ beverages is prohibited and will be confiscated

• Entry for guests above 21 years of age. This is a GOVT rule and for strict adherence. If any patron under the age limit is found in possession of the ticket, the ticket stands cancelled and no refund will be provided. If the guest is found in possession of fake ID card, the ticket stands cancelled. Any accompanying guest will be allowed to enter but if they do not want to stay, there will be no refund provided. 

• Ticket admits only as mentioned. 

• Club rules apply: the club attire only allowed. No open shoes, sandals/ crocs allowed for gentlemen. No refund will be provided for these.  

• No open tobacco packets are allowed in the venue. This will have to be disposed at the bins provided at the entrance. 

• Any person/s previously banned will not be permitted even if in possession of a valid ticket and no refund will be provided in this case.

• No re-entry permitted. 

• The management reserves the rights to deny service. RIGHTS TO ADMISSION RESERVED.
