What is the first thing that we add to our pan when we start cooking – Oil, of course! Oil is pure fat; it’s refined and full of preservatives – all elements that invite disease. Come join us for this interesting 5-day no oil challenge where we will understand why we should go oil-free and how to cook without oil. Once you learn these techniques, you will be equipped to make almost everything without oil. 10 recipes will be shared from pakoras, puri to chole and chaat!  Psst …your families most of the time won’t even know that you have not added any oil! Let it be our secret!

So how does it work?

1. We meet every day for 30 minutes for 5 days. We will learn about the perils of oil along with a recipe demo.
2. We will have WhatsApp support for 30 days.
3. The recording of each session will be shared in the group with a validity of 48 hours.

Cannot attend live sessions? No worries

You can watch the recording of each session and start practicing going oil-free. All queries and doubts will be addressed in the WhatsApp group. However, we strongly recommend that you attend the sessions live.
